Examples from my practice

Different bodies. Different patterns. Six anonymised examples from my practice on diet, recovery and everyday habits, sometimes with a hair mineral analysis as a basis.

  1. Man, in his 30s

2 hair mineral analyses and a food sensitivity test

Skin, diet and a pattern that changed

The first analysis looked fairly well balanced overall. At the follow-up the mineral pattern had clearly changed, which gave a new basis for understanding how the body had responded over time and what could be prioritised.

He also had recurring rashes and redness, so he took a food sensitivity test as a complementary basis for possible reactions to food.

The focus was on mineral balance, energy, recovery and noticing links between diet and skin reactions.

  2. Woman, in her 30s

3 hair mineral analyses and a food sensitivity test

Stress and recovery kept coming back

Stress and recovery have been important areas throughout the analyses, along with mineral balance and energy.

She also took a food sensitivity test that showed several reactions. It became a complementary basis in the work on diet and lifestyle.

Several analyses have made it possible to follow how the mineral pattern changed while diet, recovery and other habits were adjusted.

  3. Man, in his 40s

    1 hair mineral analysis

    Fewer strategies, better foundations

Stress load stood out as the clearest area to prioritise. The analysis became a starting point for talking about recovery, mineral balance, energy and everyday habits.

The aim was not more health strategies but better foundations through recovery, diet and routines that last.

  4. Woman, in her 70s

    1 hair mineral analysis

Following over time rather than drawing big conclusions

The analysis showed clear mineral imbalances and a high copper pattern. It was used as a complementary basis to see which parts of diet and lifestyle could be worth reviewing and following up.

The focus was on mineral balance and on following changes over time, not on drawing big conclusions from a single test.

  5. Woman, in her 40s

    1 hair mineral analysis

Stress and energy became worth a closer look

The analysis showed patterns that made stress and energy important areas to look at more closely.

The advice centred on recovery, mineral balance and eating habits that could support everyday energy and wellbeing. The analysis was a complementary basis and was not used to assess the thyroid.

  6. Man, in his 50s

Hair mineral analysis and a food sensitivity test

Step by step after a period of exhaustion

He sought support after a period of exhaustion and recurring problems linked to certain foods.

Hair mineral analysis and a food sensitivity test became complementary bases for a broader picture of stress load, diet and possible reactions to food.

The advice focused on recovery, eating habits and gradually finding out what seemed to work better in everyday life.
