Flourish with me

You don’t have to figure it all out yourself. Flourish with me is for you who are tired of googling your way to the next solution. Together we go through your diet, your habits, your situation and your goals and create a clearer way forward that suits you.

You get health questionnaires, a review with me and weekly coaching for a month. I listen, we look for patterns and I help you prioritise and build structure, so you don’t have to navigate alone. The package also includes my e-book Nice to meat you as a foundation to stand on from the start.

The health questionnaires are our first basis. They map how you are doing right now and what you want help with, so the goals are yours. You get coaching from someone who knows what it’s like to try to understand a body that seems to react to almost everything.

As a member of my community you get tips, inspiration and discount codes that make the road a little easier.
