Ingredients

  • Homemade coconut milk: Gives a creamy base and is rich in healthy fats.
  • Collagen powder: An excellent source of protein that supports skin health and elasticity.
  • Avocado: Adds creaminess and supports the skin’s moisture thanks to its natural oils and vitamin E.
  • Lemon juice: Gives a fresh taste and vitamin C, which is important for collagen production.
  • Cucumber: Hydrating and with anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Aloe vera shot: Rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant substances such as aloin, emodin and vitamins C and E, helps to calm, protect and repair the skin.
  • Lard: Steady energy, stronger cell membranes and glowing skin. I usually add 40 grams!
  • Frozen blueberries: Rich in antioxidants such as resveratrol that protect the skin against ageing and free radicals.
  • Glutathione: The “mother antioxidant” that cleanses toxins, strengthens the immune system and protects against oxidative stress.
  • Liver capsule: A skin-boosting superfood rich in vitamin A, iron and B vitamins. Chicken for a mild taste, beef for maximum effect. Open the capsule and empty the contents into the blender. We skip the capsule shell as it usually contains cellulose.
  • Ceylon cinnamon and fresh ginger: For flavour and anti-inflammatory power.

Try it yourself, you’ll understand the hype!
